CULTIVAR: Serena Series
COMMON NAME: Summer Snapdragon or Angel Flower
These are nice perennials that produce white blooms continually from late spring through early fall. They prefer to grown in well drained soil in a sunny location. They grow to about 18 inches tall and are cold hardy in zones 9a-11 (20-40 degrees).
Mine looked very good for a long time, then started having some problem. I moved them to the new bed where the Passion Flowers are, and they stayed alive, but just kind of. Right now, the plants are just half alive. I will move them to a sunnier location in the spring if they make it through the winter. Of course, this is zone 8… Oh, I bought this plant from Lowe’s as a perennial, and they aren’t even supposed to be winter hardy here!!!
Sorry, I don’t have a better picture!
