Suzanne had many pieces of Fitz & Floyd. She really liked colorful things and some of the Fitz and Floyd fit the bill.

Left side of the cabinet in the Bulter's Pantry showing some of the Fitz & Floyd as well as colored glass. The bottom shelf is not Fitz and Floyd. Picture taken 5-1-09.
Founded in 1960 by Pat Fitzpatrick and Robert Floyd in Dallas, Texas. While most of their early pieces were made in Japan, there are pieces in Suzanne’s collection that were also made in China and the Philippines.
The Fitz & Floyd name has earned quite a reputation in the porcelain giftware industry. Over the years they have made a variety of products including teapots, dinnerware, figurines, tureens, and many other items. They have produced many Christmas themed items over the years.
Many limited edition Fitz & Floyd items are quite collectible and some quite expensive. They also produced many items sold under other seller’s names.
The pictures on this page feature a few of the items in Suzanne’s collection.
Some of the pieces have the Fitz & Floyd name embossed on the bottom, some are embossed with the name and date, some have the name and a date printed under glaze, some have no dates. Many of the items say Fitz & Floyd Classics. I am sure all this correlates with with a particular time when the pieces were made, but I have not done much research on Fitz & Floyd.

This is has another companies name on the bottom, but it could have possibly still been made by Fitz and Floyd, as they did market products under other companies names.

This very nice large plate says "PETITE FRAISE DES BOIS" Majolica adapted from 19th Century Design, made in the Philippines, 1994.

The plate is from the "Harvest Heritage Collection, and the two tuekeys appear to be candle holders and are dated 1993.
There are many other Fitz & Floyd items… So, maybe more pictures later!

Sincerely,
Kathy C.
Kathy,
I have no clue what your item is worth. Perhaps you could check completed listings on eBay or other online auctions or folks that sell Fits and Floyd items. Good luck and thanks for visiting The Mystical Mansion and Garden Blog.
