THIS PAGE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION!
This page contains other large historic mansions along the creek.

Picture of the two estates across the creek with our first snow in Mississippi on 3-2-09. The home on the right is the Goepel-Smith House and it was built in 1905. It was built as a frame house and was bricked in the Neo-Federal Style in the 1920's. Both houses are located on the site of the former Sycamores Plantation.

Stumbled on your web site…wow..loves history…loves plants….you should join the Leland Historical Commission. We have a joint commission in Greenville/Washington County with our own web site. http://www.jgwchpc.com and I also love hosta’s. I have a Blue Angel that is about 4 feet across, and right now blooming.
Walley,
Thanks for the comment and thanks for visiting the blog! My hostas are really doing great this year! I don’t have a Blue Angel yet. I just planted a few to see how eell they would do here. Since they are doing so well, there will be more to come! Check out Crossview Garden, they have SO many varieties it is unbelieveable! I will check out the website on your message.
