This page is of the many pictures I have taken of the trees, turtles, etc. in and along Deer Creek. Deer Creek runs along the street in front of the mansion. The street the mansion is on is North Deer Creek Drive West. The street along the other side of the creek is called North Deer Creek Drive East. The sub page to Deer Creek is of some other historic homes along the creek…on the other side.
One day I walked over to the creek and there was a log completely full of turtles. They saw me and didn’t waste any time getting into the water. It took many attempts to get pictures of the turtles. They definitely do not like their picture taken!
